Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
Your refund request must be made within 30 days of your original purchase date. This 30-day window gives you ample time to work through the course content and decide if it's right for you.
You must have engaged with the course material. This means you've accessed the lessons, watched the videos, or participated in the breathwork and guided audio sessions. We ask that you genuinely work through the content before requesting a refund, as the value of this work comes from your engagement and participation.
Refund requests made after the 30-day window has closed will not be eligible for this guarantee. We encourage you to reach out to us if you have questions about whether your situation qualifies.
How to Request a Refund
If you'd like to request a refund, it's simple and straightforward. Send an email to hello@seasonofself.co with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following information:
Your name and the email address associated with your purchase account.
The date of your original purchase.
A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund. We'd love to hear your feedback, as it helps us improve our offerings. However, you're not required to provide extensive detail.
Once we receive your request, we'll review it and confirm your eligibility. If your request meets our refund criteria, we'll process your refund promptly.
Payment Plan Refunds
If you purchased the Dream Life Mapping course using our payment plan option (3 payments of $177), refund requests are handled as follows:
If you request a refund during the 30-day guarantee period and you've made only one or two of the three payments, we'll refund the amount you've already paid and cancel any remaining payment obligations.
If you've completed all three payments and request a refund within 30 days, you're entitled to a full refund of all payments made. Remaining payment obligations will be cancelled, and no further charges will occur.
Refunds for payment plan purchases will be issued to the original payment method used for each installment. Please allow time for your financial institution to process the refund, as the timing varies by bank.
Non-Refundable Items
Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies specifically to the Dream Life Mapping course. Refund eligibility may vary for other services, such as one-on-one coaching sessions or community memberships, depending on their nature and your engagement.
Requests for refunds made after the 30-day guarantee period has expired are not eligible for a full refund. Processing Time
Once we approve your refund request, we typically process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 1-2 business weeks for the funds to appear in your account.
